Hayden Panettiere has been outspoken in admitting her personal battle against Postpartum Depression. As all people know, she has been one of the Nashville stars who played the character of Juliette and after four seasons Panettiere decided to take a leave of absence from the series and stated that she just needed time to "reflect holistically."

The 27-year-old actress has been vocal about how she and her fiance, Wladimir Klitschko, looked for a treatment for the disorder last October 2015 after they welcome their first daughter together, Kaya in December 2014 reported via ETOnline. Panettiere discussed to Lara Spence in Good Morning America on Thursday how she feels off and doesn't feel like herself while she struggles with the disorder.

"But you know, women are so resilient and that's the incredible thing about them. I think I'm all the stronger for it," said Panettiere "I think I'm a better mom because of it." She was determined and even mentioned that her job at the moment is keeping Kaya, her daughter, alive.

The Nashville actress has been doing well these days and says that she's feeling great and pleased to be back on the set show, now airing on CMT. Oddly enough, Panettiere who played the character of Juliette is also suffering from postpartum depression were in this way she take this experience as a good opportunity for her to understand how to deal with it in a real life situation.

Behind all these struggles, last January Panettiere never forgets to express her gratitude for the abundant support and love she received after seeking the treatment via ET. She even encouraged everyone, who suffers from the same disorder, that they are not alone in the battle against postpartum depression and mentioned that seeking help doesn't mean you are weak.
