'Iron Man 4' Actor Robert Downey Jr. Will Reprise Role With Other Stars

Robert Downey Jr. previously said that the actual "Iron Man 4" is impossible. It's 2017 and still no words about the "Iron Man 3" sequel, especially that Downey Jr. is reappearing in "Avengers: Infinity War Part I" in 2018. However, fans remained hopeful to reprise his role as Tony Stark in the most awaited movie.

There are new speculations claiming that Downey Jr. would star in a not yet titled Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. This so-called film is set to hit the silver screen in 2020, which possibly a shadow of "Iron Man 4." Otherwise, Downey, Jr. could only repeat his character as the brassbound Avenger in the forthcoming standalone movie series.

Robert Downey Jr. considers "Captain America: Civil War" as his "Iron Man 4." The actor had a set visit on USA Today for "Captain America: Civil War" and he seems implying to put back Tony Stark in the big screen with the Avengers behind him.

"I don't think that's in the cards. In a way, it's Cap 3 but for me; it's like my little Iron Man 4, Downey Jr. said. And it follows that all in the movie are noticed. All things are dragged over the road side when the blast of Avenger things draws near because that's how it is until it changes. "If it changes," he added.

According to Movie Web's report, Robert Downey Jr. has no apprehensions regarding the comeback of Tony Stark in an unborn Marvel film. In that situation, he is considering the presence of other stars with him in the movie.

Robert Downey Jr. initially appeared in the well-known Marvel superhero, "Iron Man" in 2008. He had single escapades in "Iron Man 2" followed in 2010 and "Iron Man 3" in 2013.

Downey Jr., likewise, took part in the Marvels "The Avengers" in 2012 and "Avengers: Age of Ultron" in 2015 as its follow up. Tony Stark is the most popular fellow of the Avengers squad.
