Paris protests take a violent turn as the protestors take to the streets over the alleged rape of a black man in police custody. A young teenager shows terrific heroism amid fire and flames. Brave Emmanuel Toula saves the life of a six years old girl and is humble enough to think he is not a hero.

The young boy saw the little girl terrified in a burning car and he simply could not leave her there. The protests against police turned brutally violent in Bobigny, France. The rally started peacefully but after the people took to the streets, it turned violent. Cars were torched and supermarkets were vandalized, reports The Sun.

Peaceful demonstrators were calling for justice for the 22-year-old young man who was allegedly anally raped with a baton while being arrested. A minority of the protestors set cars on fire and broke in the shopping malls. "Several hundred violent and very mobile individuals" committed various "acts of violence and damage," said the Paris police prefecture according to News.

A little girl aged six was trapped in a torched vehicle when Toula saw her while passing by the riot scene on Saturday evening. She looked terrorized. He immediately stopped and pulled the little girl out of the burning car. The humble teen told Bondy Blog: "I pulled this little girl out of the car. I am not a hero."

16-year-old Toula saw a little car pull up and soon get surrounded by violent protestors in black hooded clothes. They quickly gathered some rubbish and set fire to it in front of the car. The driving woman jumped out of the car with a little child but a small girl was left in the car.

With four little brothers and two little sisters, Toula could not see the 6-year-old child left alone in the burning car. For a moment he imagined the car would burst from flames but the life of the child who looked shocked and terrorized took to his feet. "I have four little brothers and two little sisters and I though I could not leave a little girl like that," says the brave boy. While he undid the seat belt of the child with trembling hands and arms, he heard "deafening grenades fall two meters" away. But he continued until he pulled her out of the burning vehicle safely.
