NBA team Cleveland Cavalier’s very own Kyrie Irving had been all the rage on the headlines regarding his statement that the Earth is round. As it was not perceived to be true by some, Irving claimed the statement furthermore. Fortunately, Denver Nuggets forward, Wilson Chandler supports the Cav’s point guard. The same goes likely for Golden State Warrior forward Draymond Green and his teammate .

According to Fox Sports, the Cavalier’s point guard said on a podcast that the earth’s shape is not even a conspiracy theory. Thus, he stated that the Earth is flat and it is right in front of our faces.

As people had viewed some news regarding Kyrie’s statement, ESPN’s Arash Markazi once again had Kyrie repeat his statement. In which the NBA player still claims that people should do their own research and he said that “I’ve seen a lot of things that my educational system has said that was real that turned out to be completely fake. I don’t mind going against the grain in terms of my thoughts.”

With that enough said, Hot New Hiphop reported that Green commented that “I don’t know. I haven’t done enough research but it may be flat,” tweets from 2010 by the Warrior’s power forward were scoured. Thus, it was revealed that he commented on people’s responses before that the earth is round as well. In which the tweet could be viewed below.

Furthermore, Kyrie Irving’s teammate LeBron James said that the point guard of their team is indeed an interesting guy. Cavalier’s small forward/power forward then stated that Kyrie is his little brother. Thus, he defends his All-Star forward and says that if Kyrie believes that the earth is flat, so be it per ESPN.

In addition, CBS Sports reported that forward player of Denver Nuggets, Wilson Chandler stated in a tweet that he agrees with Kyrie. But that’s not all, because even Adam Silver, prominent commissioner commented on the controversy. Kyrie Irving was clearly just trying to be provocative which had been effective as he said. "A larger commentary on the so-called fake news debate in our society right now in terms of what's reported, and it led to an interesting conversation” he further noted. Thus, he concluded that he also personally believes that the earth is flat too.
