Aside from the phenomenal "Pokemon G," Pokemon toys are also a hit! Fortunately, new ones are on it way now that the famous creature-collecting brand has joined Mega Construx of Mattel.

Kotaku reported that a new line of upcoming Mega Construx sets will be introduced and it's no other than Japan's famous franchise, Pokemon. The new Pokemon toys will include its popular characters such as Pokemon and Charizard. It is expected to be released in North America this summer, however, no exact dates were given yet.

Mega Bloks, which is now known as Mega Brands, Inc., is known for producing quality children's toy. It is currently owned by Mattel that has been divided into two lines recently. The first line with Bloks-branded goods is designed for children while the other one, with Construx, is geared for older kids and adult collectors.

"We bring only the highest quality Pokémon experiences to our fans around the world and Mega Brands' attention to detail and thoughtful creativity with Mega Construx is sure to delight kids as well as the most passionate Pokémon trainers," Colin Palmer, the Pokémon Company International VP of marketing said.

Pokemon franchise has celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016 and as IGN reported, the brand has taken advantage of it to launch its Pokemon Sun and Moon for 3DS. Also, it has released the phenomenal and most-downloaded mobile app it has - Pokemon Go.

Mattel, Inc., or simply Mattel, will display the forthcoming Pokemon Mega Construx this weekend at Toy Fair 2017 in New York. The famous toy manufacturing company has also recently exposed its new line of goods, the Halo toys. These toys are based from the Halo Wars 2 characters which costs from $9.99 to $49.99. It was also showcased in New York Toy Fair and will be available later this 2017.
