The shareholders of the AMC are enjoying a fresh air of relief as the "The Walking Dead" is getting good ratings. Public sentiment now favors the entertainment company.

AMC experienced a difficult time when the Season 7A could not achieve sufficient support from the audiences. But, the recent growth of the public interest saves the stocks of the entertainment company. Last year poor rating of "The Walking Dead" created a panic among the shareholders.

Variety reported that currently, that panic doesn't exist anymore. "The Walking Dead" also has gained the momentum with its heavy ratings. AMC has assured its investors that the television show has once again gained the popularity and the stock of the company has risen six percent.

Though negligible, but some key members left the AMC due to the previous speculation and panic. Presently the company has overcome that phase and running its NO.1 show successfully. This cable and satellite television channel is preparing to produce more programs.

The key fact is AMC is aiming to produce self-owned programs, but the whole effort depends on the success of "The Walking Dead". This popular cable drama is now the key blood line to generate the company's profit. The CEO of the company, Josh Sapan, has recently shared some energetic words with the shareholders.

The CEO of the AMC says that the company is now not only a channel operator, but it is growing with the studio business. He indicates the increasing trend of the business profit. In a word, Josh Sapan assures the investors with the business growth of the company.

Dark Horizons reported that "The Walking Dead" has gained a strong audience base. Now AMC is also producing different shows to expand the business. New shows help to generate more viewers.

Increasing viewer base is good for expanding the business, and AMC is targeting that point of view. Viewers have to wait to know more about the new shows. No doubt the current shows are gaining good feedback from the audiences.
