Charlie Hunnam Plays The Lead Role in 'King Arthur: Legend of Sword' [VIDEO]

The legendary movie "King Arthur" sequel "King Arthur: Legend of Sword" promo is released on Feb 20, 2017. The lead character played by Charlie Hunnam, who rises to the fore from the back alleys without noticing his strength and legacy.

The British actor, Charlie Hunnam, who known for his lead roles in the TV Series "Songs of Anarchy" (2008-2014), "Pacific Rim" and "Children of men". The movie directed by Guy Ritchie, popular for directing Sherlock Holmes' Trilogy (the last one being in production), "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." and many more blockbuster movies at the Hollywood, reports Movie News Guide.

The acclaimed director Guy Ritchie, along with Charlie Hunnam, brings an epic fantasy onto the screen in the movie. The movie once again resurfaces the struggles and treacherous plots to grab the throne. The tagline of the movie reads " From nothing comes a king", itself suggest that Arthur has to fight his way up to become the legendary king.

The muscle and the intense fighting scenes can be witnessed in the captivating promo recently released. Jude Law kills Charlie Hunnam's father and captures the throne. And without knowing his legacy, Charlie Hunnam lives in the back alley of the city. The real twist in the story is unfolded when the legendary sword, the Excalibur, is manifested before him and then he realizes his true legacy.

The star-studded cast include Eric Bana as Chalie Hunnam's father as King Uther Pendragon, Oscar Nominee Jude Law as Vortigern, Astrid Berges-Frisbey as Mage, the Oscar Nominee Djimon Hounsou ("The Bold Diamond") as Bedivere and etc, as per Movie Web.

The movie being released by Warners Bros., in association with Village Roadshow Pictures, is delayed several times and at one point thought of dropping it. Finally, the movie has completed its production and hitting the theaters on May 12, 2017. Apart from 2D, the movie will be planned to release in 3D also in select theaters.
