Deadline reported that the Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Melucci earlier requested Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti for Abby Lee Miller's punishment. Miller is accused of "20 counts of fraud". Sources say that she intentionally lied about her income on the bankruptcy filings and created huge problems for the creditors.

Court papers reveal that Abby Lee Miller has requested permission for a tour to Mexico. The papers unveil that she wants to travel Merida, Mexico on March 2, 2017. The next day she wants to attend Cancun.

This trip is Abby Lee Miller's last getaway as Judge Joy Flowers Conti has clearly ordered that no further permission will be given to her. That means this will be her last journey prior to her sentencing. Miller will face her next trial in May 2017.

But, after interacting with the United States Attorney and the Assistant United States Attorney, the court Judge has scheduled another date for the hearing. After this, Judge Joy Flowers Conti has granted her permission for the Mexico tour.

Abby Lee Miller has mentioned in her court request that she earns her livelihood on business travels. A clear fact is she has earned fame and infamy both for her own work, but her illegal activities ruined her prospects in future life.
