AMD had just released a powerhouse CPU that would out battle Intel’s CPUs. With that said, with the release and out of stock pre-orders of the AMD Ryzen 7, it is then poised to reign supremacy over Intel in multi-core CPUs this year.

According to Market Realist, the first Ryzen 7 1800X runs at a 3.6 GHz speed and boosts up to 4.0 GHz when consuming 95-watt power. It was then noted that Ryzen 7 1800X performed up to 9% better than an Intel Core i7 6900K based on Cinemabench Benchmark. What’s more is that Ryzen 7 1800X is only $499 compared to Intel’s i7 which costs $1,050.

AMD Ryzen’s second CPU specs are said to be named under Ryzen 7 1700X. This CPU then is stated to run at a 3.4 GHz with boosts up to 3.8 GHz. The same goes with the price and performance versus Intel. Priced at only $399, Ryzen 1700 X is said to outperform a $425 Intel Core i7 6800K.

The last Ryzen 7 to be released is said to be the Ryzen 7 1700 which runs in 3.0 GHz with 3.7 GHz allowed boosts in a 65-watt power. As usual, it was also identified to be 46% much better than Intel Core i7 7700K. Price for the Ryzen 7 1700 is said to be $329 while the competition is priced at $350.

Furthermore, PC GamesN stated that AMD is still scared that Intel would outspend their powerhouse Ryzen 7. “Intel’s market share, margins and significant financial resources enable it to market its products aggressively, to target our customers and our channel partners with special incentives and to influence customers who do business with us” was mentioned then.

It was also added in the report that Intel might do actions that would place their CPU’s at a “competitive disadvantage.” In which those actions were exampled to be like giving other competitors, Nvidia preferential access to their “proprietary graphics interface or other useful information.”

With that said, Forbes mentioned that processor king company, Intel had been reported to lower down its processor prices. Listed on Microcenter, Intel's Core i7-7700K is listed to be down to $299. Meanwhile, the Core i7 7700K’s price on Amazon was reduced as well but only to $339.

In addition, Intel’s Core i5 7600K was also mentioned to be reduced from $269 to just $199. On Amazon’s list, it was stated to be $239. Ryzen 7’s competitor, Intel Core i7 6900K is then said to be just $999.99 at both Amazon and Microcenter.
