“The Originals” Season 4 would pick up where it left off. After Klaus’ defeat in the last season, five years after, evil is said to be lurking once again in New Orleans. With New Orleans bound to face new threats, who would help Marcel Gerard?

With that said, “The Originals” promo trailer would introduce new character Christina Moses who would play Keelin per Tripped Media. It was then noted that aside from her day job as an openly bisexual ER doctor, she is also the last living werewolf of her line. Regarding her role in “The Originals” Season 4, it is not yet detailed.

The other scene in the promo trailer revealed the shocking alive and kicking Klaus’ Klaus (Joseph Morgan) which is presumed dead in the last “The Originals” season. New King of New Orleans, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is then shown in a dungeon in chains which he and Klaus seem to be talking.

What’s more is that “The Originals” Season 4 would feature a huge time leap of five years per Inquisitr. As the synopsis goes like “On the fifth anniversary of Klaus’ defeat, Marcel is king of the city and welcomes the un-sired vampires to New Orleans.” “Unfortunately, these vampires become an unexpected threat to Marcel’s reign. Furthermore, as it was known that threats would come, it was said that Klaus might be that “unlikely source” that could help Marcel. Yet, it is speculated that Klaus might be dreaming his encounter with Marcel. Since in another scene, Klaus screamed the name of Camille (Leah Pipes) who passed away last “The Originals” season in the same dungeon where he encountered Marcel. Camille then appears, thus the speculation that Klaus was dreaming was made.

Meanwhile, Hayley is also seen still trying to revive the Mikaelson’s. Specifically, Elijah. Would she succeed? What is the threats that New Orleans would face? What would change with Marcel and Klaus encounter? Rest assured, fans could see what would happen next on “The Originals” Season 4which would air on Friday, March 17 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
