A leaked design sketch of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with details of its specs has been posted by Slashleaks. The said sketch shows what might just be the first look we can get at the greatly hyped phone. Its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, was a huge failure last year due to its tendency to explode when being charged.

According to Mashable, in the leaked design sketch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, it can be easily distinguished that the phone has an edge-to-edge screen that has minimal bezels and no physical buttons, very much like the Samsung Galaxy S8. A slot for an S Pen and a button for Bixby, Samsung's AI assistant, can also be seen on the side of the device right below the volume controls. Other ports that are shown include a USB-C connector and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Some specs on the detailed Samsung Galaxy Note 8 sketch are Snapdragon 835 / Exynos 9XXX processors, 6GB of RAM, up to 256GB of built-in storage, and a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display alongside either a QHD+ or a 4K resolution, which is slightly bigger than the S8+, rumored to be around 6.2 inches in measurement.

Droid Report stated that Samsung did not confirm nor deny the leaked image of the alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 8. However, there is no possible way of identifying whether the substance of the leaked image is legitimate until the actual device comes out.

There have been many rumors and speculations regarding the new Samsung phone but none has been confirmed so far. It is believed that Samsung is making the best move by not releasing any statements in order to keep the hype up. The launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is still a few months from now and these leaks and rumors are only adding up to the excitement that consumers feel and would, therefore, increase demand for the product.
