Mama June Shannon Regrets Body Transformation: 'From Not to Hot' Star Quit Weight Loss Plan, Here's Why

Mama June Shannon regretted that she underwent gastric bypass and skin removal surgeries for her plan of body transformation. She shared her painful experience on Friday, March 31 episode of “From Not to Hot.”

According to The Sun, Mama June Shannon is now weighing 193 pounds from 460 pounds. However, she left devastated upon seeing what her new body looks like after the doctors wrapped off her bandages. She then quit the second round of surgery for her goal of attaining a size 4. It is a supposed follow-up surgical procedure on her “turkey” neck and “bat wing” arms.

“I thought that surgery would make me feel better but it hasn’t, Mama June Shannon said. “My body looks like Frankenstein and I hate that I did this,” she said.

Mama June Shannon hid in her room and declined to get down from her bed in the upcoming episode of the "From Not to Hot." The 37-year-old reality star will be featured suffering from severe pain after excess skin removal. She was also informed that a post-surgery numbness in her abdomen is likely to become permanent.

The mom-of-four previously planned to undergo body transformation for a revelation photo shoot and to show it during her ex-husband’s wedding with now-wife, Jennifer Lamb. But Mama June Shannon gave up saying, “I don’t care about any of it; I'm done.”

Daughters Honey Boo Boo and Pumpkin became Mama June Shannon’s inspiration after the surgery. They cracked jokes with their mom that she doesn’t have FUPA (fat upper pubic area) anymore.

However, 11-year-old Alana, Honey Boo Boo's real name is eventually seen crying as she realizes how her mom transformed physically. She told the cameras: “I’m just gonna miss that FUPA.”

Mama June Shannon being unhappy with the result of her surgery threw her size 4 red dress in a trash bin. She aims to fit this sexy attire once finish with her supposed to be weight loss journey. Fortunately, her 16-year-old daughter Lauryn, Pumpkin's real name found out the gown and got it back from the trash.

After all the trials, Mama June Shannon is now open and accepted her scars. She feels so confident and even roaming around the house undressed, her trainer Kenya told Life & Style exclusively.

"Mama June Shannon is loving everything, everything, and everything," he admitted. "From Not to Hot airs Fridays at 9 pm on WeTV.
