Besides her hit songs, Taylor Swift is also known for her toned skinny body. The 25-year-old singer is actually one of the few celebrities in the industry who does not seem to have an inch of body fat in sight. In fact, Taylor maintains a fit and healthy body while still eating the food she loves.

Celebrity Health Fitness says Taylor's personal diet allows her to stay healthy and at the same time leaves enough room for her to indulge.

During weekdays, she eats only healthy foods, such as salads, yogurt, and sandwiches. Meanwhile, on weekends she allows herself to enjoy eating cookies, ice cream, burgers, and fries. Another secret of Taylor's is the fact that she eats less as the day progresses. She states, "I try to eat a lot in the beginning of the day and not so much at the end."

Also, according to HealthyCeleb, the young celebrity's fit body is due to the fact that she is not afraid of breaking a little sweat. Taylor told the Examiner, "I like to feel really tired and afterward, sweaty and disgusting. I don't care about losing weight as much as feeling good about myself."

While she allows herself to indulge on foods she likes, Taylor still balances it out with exercise. The Examiner reports the young star saying, "You can't indulge without exercising, so I exercise because I love eating and I don't want to live without anything."

According HealthyCeleb, she loves eating and cooking and believes that deprivation of the food one loves will only lead to overeating.

Some sites have reported that Taylor does an hour of cardio everyday either on her treadmill or on the elliptical and HealthyCeleb adds that the young star does not disrupt her cardio routine at all, regardless of where she is at the time.

In addition to a healthy diet and her cardio, Taylor likes to keep her state of mind healthy as well. According to HealthyCeleb, the country-turned-pop star has chosen to keep stress out of her life because stress can lead to eating unhealthy foods.

The Examiner says Taylor tries to keep a positive attitude by dividing her thoughts into two categories. She groups her thoughts into the things she can change and the things she cannot.

Taylor advices, "You'll always be worried about something, but if you cut that list down by even the smallest amount, that's good. You only have so many hours a day, and if you can focus the energy on only the things you can control, it's more productive."
