Khloe Kardashian has been sporting a slimmer body lately. She shares her secrets to weight loss to People and explained that she has not resorted to any kind of extreme diet or exercise. Her weight loss centers on portion control and a lot of discipline.

According to the Examiner, the 30-year-old reality star exercises daily, even on the weekends. She tells People, "I work out almost every day. I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do."

Her diet also does not limit the food she eats, so she gets to eat what she wants. However, she does have to watch the amount of food she consumes.

Khloe tells People magazine the following about portion control: "I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before. It's really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach."

Along with portion control, Khloe drinks a lot of water throughout the day as part of her diet. She even advises her younger sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, to drink more water as well.

She said, "I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day."

While the 5-foot-10 reality TV star kept mum about her current weight, she did share her secret to a slimmer waist, states the Examiner. According to the report, Khloe flattens her abs through corset waist training.

Dr. Alexander Sinclair, a plastic surgeon, states that wearing a corset is an effective way to make the waist slimmer. He comments, "This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller." The doctor also claims that some of his patients have lost up to six inches in the waist through corset training.

The Examiner reports that wearing a corset helps celebrities, like Jessica Alba or Kim Kardashian, lose pregnancy weight after giving birth. Brooke Burke Charvet has also lost weight with the help of a corset after giving birth.

Burke Charvet states: "Wrapping your post-partum belly is a concept that has been around for centuries. It works as a compression garment. It helps the swelling of the uterus go back down to its original size and it supports all the baggy baby skin. It is a great, great way to get back in shape."

It seems, however, that Khloe Kardashian has proven that corset training is not just for post-baby weight loss anymore. It is also effective for those who just want to achieve a slimmer waist.
