In a publication by PopSugar, Natalie Dormer shares her go-to exercise routines to be in tip top shape and for preparing for any role. The star is a big fan of juicing. She also does running, yoga, swimming, and is willing to try new fitness activities. Dormer also reveals that she has no trainer.

"When you work the unnatural hours that actors work, and when you fly as much as we do, you have to pay attention to your body-or else you're a disaster ready to happen," she says. The former Tudors actress also shares that exercise helps her build up endurance for her intense shooting schedules.

"When you have early calls, you don't necessarily want to eat first thing in the morning," she says. "But you have such long days that if you don't, you really fall down from it. So, juicing before and eating later is, for me, a good nutritional compromise." Dormer revealed that she loves juicing according to EOnline.

Known for portraying strong female characters in movies and on television, the actress reveals that she is amazed that she was able to complete the 2014 London Marathon as she covers the April 2015 issue of SELF magazine, according to an article in Belfast Telegraph.

As she graced the cover, the Game of Thrones star showed off her toned physique in sexy-cut gown accompanied with the caption, "Strong + Sexy." In the interview for the publication, the 33-year-old actress says she was amazed by how she was able to cross the finish line during the marathon.

In filming for her role as Cressida in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2, she admits that she had to increase her exercise routine and take special attention to what she eats to keep up with the demands of the filming process.

"I don't know how I would have kept up with co-stars Liam Hemsworth or Sam Claflin if I hadn't been in the best cardiovascular shape of my life," the actress reveals.

"This amazing thing happens where people come out of the woodwork. Suddenly someone in the camera department is giving you tips on nutrition, or the catering guy is giving you recipes. And everyone on-set in the morning is, like, 'How far did you run this weekend?' The support was really wonderful," Dormer adds.

Dormer also reveals that filming served as a workout because she was running around in a heavy costume while carrying a semiautomatic rifle, according to 3 News.
