Working-out can be difficult, especially in the morning. A good playlist can help anyone get pumped up and energized for any exercise routine. There is just something about a song that can get the body motivated to move.

Live Strong selected a couple of good songs that could just be the playlist to get the body moving. The following songs are in the playlist:

  • "Oh No!" by Marina and The Diamonds
  • "Am I Wrong" by Nico & Vinz
  • "Jealous" by Chromeo
