Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are reportedly taking a break after dating for over three years, according to multiple sources. An insider told The Hollywood Gossip that the likely cause for The Amazing Spiderman costars' "taking a break" is due to time contstraints and being apart.

The breakup speculations started during the awards season when Stone showed up on red carpet events by herself. They have not been photographed together since January, when they photobombed a fan while having dinner in New York.

"They had been fighting a lot and they hadn't seen each other. They have both been working but they weren't getting along," a source tells US Magazine.

As to where they are now, Garfield is currently shooting Silence, a film by Martin Scorsese in Taiwan. Meanwhile, Stone just finished her Broadway show Cabaret as Sally Bowles and her next movie, directed by Cameron Crowe, Aloha, is showing this summer.

For those of who are in the same boat but are planning to break it off with their partners soon, here are 10 healthy tips to moving on.

1.) Eat Dark Chocolate But Only in Moderation

Dark chocolate is good for your heart - literally. Not only does it taste good and have lesser calories, it also makes you feel better because it stimulates the happy hormones in your body, called endorphins. When eating dark chocolate, always remember that moderation is key, according to About.com.

2.) Do Spring Cleaning

There is no better way to a fresh new start than by doing a little spring cleaning. De-cluttering and clearing up your house and purging your ex's old things can be therapeutic as it gets rid of tangible reminders that remind you of your old flame, according to eHarmony.

3.) Work Out

Keep busy by diverting your attention in a new exercise routine to help you feel better. While a breakup may call for a binge-doing of anything that is bad for you, it would be better if you focus instead on recovering by making yourself more fit, according to Jezebel. If you exercise regularly, take this time to try out a new routine.

4.) Drink Tea to Cleanse and Detox

Tea is potent with numerous health benefits. Many studies found that teas are rich in antioxidants, a substance that improves our body's cleansing process. Different types of teas have their own respective health benefits, according to WebMD. Now would be a good time to try out that Matcha Green Tea you have been hearing a lot about lately. You can also use tea for natural skin care!

5.) Meditate

Meditation can help you get over a failed relationship, according to Mind Body Green. Quiet introspection can help sort out and process the feelings tied to the break up.

6.) Travel

Look for new outlooks and sceneries by traveling. A lot of beautiful things can happen when you travel, according to BuzzFeed.

7.) Sleep

Nothing is more restorative to the body, mind, and soul than an honest to goodness sleep.

8.) Get a Massage

Pamper yourself with a massage. This type of self-care can help stimulate endorphins in the body and soothe psychological distress according to Relax & Be Free.

9.) Give Back

You might have some stuff from your ex that they do not want back. Give it to people who need it instead.

10.) Talk with Friends

What better way to get social support than in the company of friends? Plan activities where you can be actively social with them, recommends Dr. Alice Boyes.
