#1: Snail Slime Cream 

Ok Magazine states that Katie Holmes uses this cream for her skin. Apparently, snail slime helps "regenerate and repair the skin." 

#2: Steaming Private Parts 

To clean her privates and uterus, Gwyneth Paltrow uses steam, reports Mirror UK. The Oscar-winning actress supposedly pays a visit to the Tikkun Spa in Santa Monica for the Mugworth V-Steam treatments.  

#3: Eat Crickets

#10: Sheep Placenta Facial.  

Mirror UK reports that Victoria Beckham loves these facials, while CelebBuzz shares that Simon Cowell is no stranger to this treatment either. Apparently, protein from the sheep placenta can stimulate natural collagen found in the skin. 

#11: Condition with Avocados 

Women's Health states that Denise Richards uses avocados to deep condition her hair. Mrkurnic advises adding a tablespoon of olive oil for a greater effect.

Eva Longoria uses this synthetic human placenta cream to regenerate skin cells and keep herself looking young and vibrant.
