Bruce Jenner reveals his wish for his family regarding his sex change decision in a teaser video for an upcoming interview with Diane Sawyer.

"I can't let myself hurt them," Jenner tells Sawyer in the teaser video. According to People Magazine, since Bruce Jenner's decision to transition into a woman, his biggest worry is his family because they are "the only ones he's concerned with."

The former Olympian, 65, has six biological children, namely, Burt, Cassandra, Brandon, Brody, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner. He has four step-children as well: Kourtney, Khloe, Rob, and Kim Kardashian.

"My whole life has been getting me ready for this," Jenner tells Sawyer in the teaser video. "It made me who I am."

The 20/20 promo is a teaser for Jenner's first ever public and exclusive interview with Sawyer about his journey so far. It is rumored that he will be talking about his journeys as an Olympic gold medalist, a father, a celebrity, and now his transition stage. He will be saying "farewell to Bruce" when the two-hour 20/20 gets broadcast this Friday, April 24 on ABC, as reported by Extra TV.

According to an article by UK Daily Mail, Jenner came out to his family as a transgender last February. His ex-wife Kris Jenner, sons, and daughters wanted him to be happy, so they pledged their support.

Last weekend, Jenner was seen riding a motorcycle all geared up. Reports claim that there were rumors of him getting breast augmentation surgery.

"Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago," an informant stated. "He went with a smaller implant because he didn't want to look ridiculous."

Bruce issued a 'no comment' from his representative when MailOnline asked about his opinion regarding the write-up.

Born as William Bruce Jenner, the former US track and field athlete was born on October 28, 1949 to parents Esther and William Jenner in New York. He first made headlines when he won a gold medal in the decathlon at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada.

Bruce Jenner - The Interview will be airing on Friday, April 24, at 9pm ET on the ABC channel.
