Top 5 Unhealthiest Restaurant Meals in America

People who are healthy conscious but enjoy eating out should pay close attention to the new report published by the Center for Science in the Public Interest which identified the unhealthiest restaurant means in America. 

As part of its annual "Xtreme Eating" list, researchers combed through the menu of 200 restaurant chains across the United States and listed the meals which contained the most calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar. 

Rounding up the Top 5 of the report's list are as follows (as E! Online):

  1. Cheesecake Factory Louisiana Chicken Pasta - With a description that reads, "Parmesan crusted chicken served over pasta with mushrooms, peppers and onions in a spicy New Orleans sauce," people who order the mean will take in 2,370 calories, 80 grams of saturated fat and 2,370 mg of sodium
  2. IHOP Chorizo Fiesta Omelette (with pancakes on the site) - "Loaded with spicy chorizo sausage, roasted peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese, then topped with a citrus chili sauce and sour cream and served with a fresh grilled serrano pepper," says the description. Those who are tempted by the yummy picture it paints, this meal will set you back 1,990 calories, 42 grams of saturated fat, 4,840 mgs of sodium and 1,035 mg of cholesterol. 
  3. Outback Steakhouse 16oz. Herb Roasted Prime Rib (with a side salad and backed potato) - This feast is said to be, "Seasoned, slow-roasted and hand-carved to order." Get ready to take in 2,40 calories, 71 grams of saturated fat and 3,560 mg of sodium.
  4. Uno Pizzeria & Grill 2 For $12 Pick & Choose - This mouth-watering Italian feast that includes Baked Ziti & Sausage Pasta and Chicago Classic Deep Dish Pizza will come with 2,190 calories, 49 grams of saturated fat and 5,420 mg of sodium.
  5. Sonic Pineapple Upside-Down Master Blast Shake - For those counting calories, one of these bad boys will take up about 2 days worth of calorie intake. It's description reads, "Real, vanilla ice cream perfectly mixed with pineapple, salted caramel & pie crust pieces." It's damage includes 2,020 calories, 61 grams of saturated fat, 4.5 grams of trans fat and about 29 teaspoons of added sugar.

Other meals that made the list include Dickey's Barbecue Pit 3 Meat Plate, Steak 'n Shake's 7X7 Steakburger 'n Fries, Cheesecake Factory Warm Apple Crisp and Red Lobster's Create Your Own Combination .
