Supermodel Cara Delevingne dropped her modeling agency, Storm Models, to focus on her acting career. The move has been made official as Delevingne's profile was deleted from the agency's official website.

British model Cara Delevingne, 22, quit the agency a month ago but it has been hushed up, according to unnamed source in a report by Mirror. The outlet also noted that the supermodel won't be fully quitting modeling as she is still fronting a number of campaigns and brands. Her projects will now instead go through William Morris, an American agency.

Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm modeling agency was sad of having to let Delevingne go.

"Sarah was gutted to lose her huge cash cow - Cara's now one of the biggest models in the world with huge earning potential from brands. But Cara wants to do what makes her happy and fulfils her. She knows that's not modelling in the long term," the Mirror source added.

Delevingne started modeling at 15 years old and was dubbed the "new Kate Moss" by her former company. Apparently, the English model has been very vocal about her passion for acting, according to The Wall Street Journal.

From the runway to the silver screen, Delevingne first appeared in the 2012 adaptation of "Anna Karenina" which was starred by Keira Knightley and Jude Law. According to Metro, the model is also set to release 2 movies this year, the highly acclaimed book-turned-movie "Paper Towns" by John Green in a starring role and another film, "Pan," alongside Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara. She is also currently filming DC Comics' "Suicide Squad," where she will be playing the role of Enchantress.

Delevingne admitted that she has not studied acting and that she is learning on the job and had been "winging" it.

When asked about auditioning she said to The Telegraph: "I kind of just went head first into each one of them."

"I just go there as a student just waiting to learn I guess. I've obviously had a vocal coach standing by just to sort of be there if I screw up or change the accent a bit when I'm filming but apart from that it has been really winging it," she explained. The 22-year-old added that she would continue learning more and that she wouldn't want to be put in a "category."

The report goes on to say that Delevingne has also dabbed into music. She reportedly recorded at age 16 with Simon Fuller, creator of the Idol franchise. Most notably, she has appeared in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood," but according to Delevingne, she doesn't have time for music yet but will always find time for it as much as possible.
