'PES 2016' Release Date, Gameplay & Trailer: Xbox One, PS4 Game Runs 1080p

Fans of Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 will be happy to hear that the next installment of the game will come in 1080p for both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.

According to Games.on.Net G,  PES 2015 disappointed Xbox One users when they found out that the game only ran at 720p on their console, while running 1080p for the PlayStation 4. 

It would seem Konami did not want to disappoint PES fans in the 2016 edition of the game. Adam Bhatti, PES European product manager, recently confirmed via twitter that the PES 2016 will run at 1080p for Xbox One users.

Bhatti wrote: "We got there thankfully, Xbox ONe #PES2016 will be 1080p." 

Other features in the game that Konami has either improved or added include dynamic weather, goal keeper ID, and improved aerial battles due to dynamic wide camera angle. 

Players will also be happy to know that they can actually control the celebration style of their athletes on the game as well as import images from the PS3 to the PS4.

Besides PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, PES 2016 will also be available on the PC, Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360. While several sites reports different release dates, the game will mostly likely come out in early September of this year. 

According to the official PES website, the game is already available for digital preorder, but for PSN only. Gamers will also be able to choose from two different editions of the game: the Day One edition and the Anniversary edition. 

Additionally, there are some perks to preordering the game, reports Day Herald. The preorder contents vary depending on the edition a gamer orders, but will most probably please PES nonetheless.

For the Day One edition, the preorder contents include: 10,000 GB x 10 weeks 10,000 GP x 20 weeks 10,000 GB x 15 weeks, 1000 myClub coins, and 3x/ 5x player contracts, among others. 

For the Anniversary edition, players will receive the following preorder contents: 20 recovery items, 1x player Nyemar Jr., 1x player UEFA.com TOTY 2014, and more. 

Meanwhile those who order the Digital Preorder PSN exclusive will get 1x player Neymar Jr., 5x player contracts, 20 recovery items, among other awesome pre-order content. 

Meanwhile, Neymar has been posting images of his character on the game and has expressed extreme delight over the general look of his character. According to Day Herald, the soccer player shared his opinion on the game and his character through his own official Twitter account.
