"Fancy" rapper Iggy Azalea has finally admitted getting a nose job. The Aussie music star openly talked about going under the knife in an exclusive interview with Seventeen Magazine.

Speculation that Azalea got a nose job began at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, when she showed up looking a little different, reports US Weekly. At the time, she had admittted to treating herself to a boob job, but kept mum about getting a nose job.

It would seem that the "Black Widow" entertainer has decided that coming clean about plastic surgery is the best decision. In an interview with Seventeen Magazine, she said: "I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame."

According to Fashion Time, Azalea believes people should not be embarrassed about the changes they make to themselves, which is why she is being open about her plastic surgery procedures.

MSN suggests that the fiance of NBA star Nick Young might have felt pressured to look her best, hence the plastic surgery. She has admitted that it is very difficult to be a woman in 2015 due to social media.

Azalea talked candidly about the pressure she feels to look beautiful, due to the popularity of selfies. In fact, the music star quit using social media back in February when people started posting rude comments on some of her photos.

Even if Azalea has chosen to change her appearance through surgery, she cautioned young people who are thinking of going under the knife themselves to think and wait a little longer, reports MSN.

"Your perception of yourself can change a lot over time, so I think it's important to wait and make sure it's the right choice," she said.

She went on to say that she did a lot of research before getting cosmetic surgery, and learned that some women who changed their noses at a young age wished they did not go through with it as they got older.

She added that cosmetics surgery is an emotional journey that requires people to accept their flaws and  themselves, since not everything can be solved with surgery.

"It's not east feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself - and it's no easy feat to change yourself...There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept."
