In a recent Instagram post, Britney Spears has highlighted two things - how she is capable of doing a headstand and her hot, toned body that is obviously ready to rock Las Vegas in a bikini anytime she likes.

Celebrity Health and Fitness shares that the newly-crowned Candie's Style Icon of the year, which has been awarded at the recently concluded Teen Choice Awards, has credited her weight loss success to low-carb diet, cardio workout and yoga. The singer, who admitted having difficulty in sticking to a healthy diet as she is a self-confessed sweet tooth, loves to participate in exercises and yoga because she feels that it is important for her health and mental well-being.

The mother of two often shares in her social media how she works out, starting off with her all-time favorite yoga. It is an exercise that is a natural promoter of weight loss because it can help reduce stress, build lean muscles, and suppress appetite.

Examiner shares that besides yoga, the "Pretty Girls" singer has been a long-time workout fanatic. She has trained to do gymnastics for six years before becoming a pop star. After years of struggling with her weight especially after she has given birth to her children, Britney is now back in great shape to the delight of most of her fans.

Britney shares that her workout includes cardio dance, swimming, light weightlifting, and power yoga. She does all of these without the help of a trainer because she feels it's more effective if done in a short amount of time. Her routine starts with 20 minutes of running, light free weights, pushups, sit-ups, squats then ends with a stretch.

Additionally, Daily Mail UK writes last May that before the singer has been able to do all of these, she had to get the help of trainer Tony Martinez in 2013 before her Las Vegas residency. Martinez has helped Britney change her diet to a healthy and balanced diet, and this is where she learned to say no to too much carbs.

Tony described Britney as tenacious who wants everything to be done right, but is also a sweet girl. The pop sensation often cracks jokes with Tony and has a great sense of humor.
