Sony has finally released the list of free games that will be available for PS Plus subscribers this September. One of the games on the list was actually picked by PS Plus members themselves, thanks to the Vote to Play initiative. See the full list below.

#1: Grow Home

This game is the winner of the Vote to Play initiative, reports Game Spot. In Grow Home, gamers will play BUD or Botanical Utility Droid, a robot searching for the Star Plant. According to Latinos Health, BUD needs the rare flora to save his home planet.

Grow Home will be available on the PlayStation 4. The other games in the contest, Zombie Vikings and Armello, will be sold at 30 percent off from Sept. 1-15, reports PlayStation's official blog site.

#2: Super Time Force Ultra

This game will be available on the PS4 and PS Vita. Players will get to experiment with time in this game. STFU gamers will get to travel back and forth six different time periods, play a string of different characters, and collect all the goods they can.

The big attraction of the game is the Time-Out mechanic, which allows players to stop and rewind time—even after you die, states Game Rant.

#3: Teslagrad

Teslagrad will be available on the PS4 and PS3 and is described as a side-scroller game by Game Rant. Players will have to rely on some brain power to play this game as it features a lot of difficult puzzles.

#4: Xeodrifter

Launching on the PS4 and PS Vita this Sept. 1, Xeodrifter will bring some nostalgia to gamers. According to Sony's blog, this game is a 2D action-adventure game, starring Renegade Kid.

It has a retro-inspired 8-bit appearance and even a chiptunes soundtrack to give gamers that old platform feel. In Xeodrifter, players will get to travel different planets in order to find a way back to home.

#5: Twisted Metal

Available only on the PS3, this game will appeal to players who love car racing games. Featuring one twisted storyline, demonic vehicles and a set of demented characters, Twisted Metal lives up to its name.

Gamers will get to pick from 16 different characters and 17 vehicles, all of which are equipped with an array of weapons, like blood missiles and rat rockets.

#6: La Mulana EX

Free on the PS Vita, this game has an Indiana Jones feel. The main goal is to solve the mystery of La-Mulana, while battling monsters and escaping hidden traps.
