Jessica Biel recently gave birth in April with husband Justin Timberlake's baby. In just a few months, the actress has been spotted showing her trim figure.

So how did Jessica Biel shed the baby weight off in just a few months? According to Examiner, her secret is an organic Paleo-inspired eating regimen from Paleta. She gave credit to the company for her weight loss and even mentioned them on a tweet.

"Thank you @eatpaleta for making my life easy & delicious. 3 meals & snacks at my doorstep? Yes pls. #PaletaForLife," the former 7th Heaven actress said on Twitter.

As for other foods, Biel said she does portion control so as not to deprive herself.

"Eat things you like, but in smaller portions," Biel said in the report.  "I always cut things in half and send half back. Do I eat dessert? If there's something I want to try, then I try it. But I have a bite, not the whole thing."

As for exercise, Biel has always been active all her life. According to DurhamRegion.com, Biel always enjoyed a good workout.

"Working up a sweat was something that she really missed while she was pregnant. It was hard for her to take it easy. She literally couldn't wait to get back in the gym," an unnamed source told the website. Additionally, her fitness guru, Jason Walsh shared that Biel's fitness is based on the actress' commitment to the workout.

Walsh shared to Entertainment Tonight about how Biel came to have such a great post-baby body.

"Breastfeeding! It helps," Walsh explained.  "We just started getting back into it—I don't pressure people. When you're mentally ready, we've got to start moving again, rebuilding the foundation and work our way up from there."

He added: "Strong is beautiful now ... [Jessica] is a great example of that."

Biel's son, Silas, who was born in April, is her first child with husband Justin Timberlake. When she was asked about the "most magical thing about motherhood," Biel said that it's when his son wakes up after a nap.

"He's sort of looking around and you sort of creep up and look over the crib and he looks up and he goes [Biel lets out a big sighing sound]. Just a gummy mouth, no teeth, just a big smile, happy that you're alive and you're just looking at him. That's probably the most magical," she told E Online.
