Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting from "Big Bang Theory" leaves little to the imagination in her latest cover photo on Shape Magazine. The actress, who plays the elusive popular girl Penny in BBT, shows off her fit physique wearing an unbuttoned white collared shirt and what seem like short shorts for the cover.

The 29-year-old actress reveals all her diet and exercise secrets, during the photo shoot for Shape Magazine. According to Mirror UK, one of her secrets is a vegan and gluten-free diet.

Cuoco admits that she is not a vegan nor is she allergic to gluten, but the diet has "completely changed" her. She explains that eating vegan and gluten-free food just feels good in the stomach.

Besides eating healthy, Cuoco also exercises. Her latest exercise of choice is yoga, reports New York Daily News. The BBT actress admits that yoga may not be the fat-burning exercise of choice, but it has done wonder for her.

She reveals in the magazine that yoga has helped her tone up and lose a significant amount of weight. "I lost six pounds in the last three months," she says. "That's a whole jeans size, and we all know how good that feels!"

The BBT star takes classes at the CorePower Yoga studio, in Los Angeles. She describes the array of yoga classes available at the studio saying: "One morning I'll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner. Or I'll take a Yoga Sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves."

There is one form of exercise that Cuoco enjoys, which most celebrities do not even think of trying: horseback riding. Cuoco has six horses, which she says are the biggest blessings of her life.

She believes that horseback riding keeps her centered and focused, while being in the entertainment business. Cuoco even credits horseback riding for her career.

Cuoco has recently lost weight over the last three months. Prior to her new healthy lifestyle, however, she admits to simply eating for the sake of eating.

According to People, Cuoco-Sweeting admitted living an unhealthy lifestyle with her husband, Ryan Sweeting, who is a professional tennis player.

Her husband needed to eat for fuel and Cuoco loved eating with him. "When we first got married, it was so much fun to eat like him...Eventually, I realized it was mindless eating," Cuoco said. At one point, she recalls having drawers full of candy beside their bed.
