CHILI PEPPERS

Usually, people try to avoid chili peppers because of its hot and spicy taste. However, Health Magazine recommends eating at least half a cup of them to get 107.8 mg of vitamin C. You also shouldn't avoid capsaicin, the pepper compound that makes it hot and spicy, because based on a study, it can aid in easing muscle and joint pains.
