"Playboy", the magazine popular for its bold and nude photographs is bringing back its niche after the one year ban. From the March/ April 2017 issue onwards the adult magazine will again be bold enough to publish the issues with nude photographs.

The policy to ban nudity is abolished soon after Cooper Hefner, the son of "Playboy" founder Hugh Hefner took charge of the publication last year. It is decided by the company to retain the past identity of nudity in the magazine.

The Fox News reported that, the information of bringing back the nudity in "Playboy" was announced by the magazine's Chief Creative Officer, Cooper Hefner through Twitter. Cooper tweeted that "I'll be the first to admit that the way in which the magazine portrayed nudity was dated, but nudity was never the problem because nudity isn't a problem. Today we're taking our identity back and reclaiming who we are."

Copper Hefner also remarked in Twitter that it is indeed a very special moment for him both personally and professionally. Cooper mentioned that "Playboy" will be focusing more on men's interest.

The E! News reported that Cooper Hefner has admitted that removing nudity from "Playboy" was a mistake from his part. Elizabeth Elam will be the cover girl for the march issue with the headline "Naked is Normal".

Marilyn Monroe was the first cover girl of "Playboy" when the magazine was first published in 1953. When CEO, Scott Flanders decided to ban nudity in the magazine on March 2016, it was ending a 62 year culture, which started in 1953.

Cooper Hefner was against the idea of banning nudity in the magazine "Playboy". As he was against the new policies of the company, the following board meetings happened in his absence. From Playboy.com, it is available to download the March/ April 2017 issue and from February 28 onwards it will be available nationwide in newsstands.
