Alessandra Ambrosio Weight Loss & Fitness Tips: Supermodel Shows off abs During Super Bowl Party

Alessandra Ambrosio stuns the crowd as she sauntered in an ab-bearing leather number during a Super Bowl party over the weekend.

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio attended the Leather & Laces pre-Super Bowl party last Saturday. In tune with the theme, she wore a tight leather number which bared her toned tummy and long legs. Instead of laces, the Victoria's Supermodel had chains which artfully decorated her dress. She finished her ensemble with black heels and a coat that is draped over her shoulders.

A few days ago, Ambrosio was photographed leaving a yoga studio. According to Daily Mail, while the model already has two children of her own, she apparently keeps trim and toned with yoga. She was seen wearing a styling workout outfit while carrying a yoga mat.

In an interview with Vogue, the Brazilian bombshell shared that she loves doing barre exercises which use one's own body weight to workout. She does yoga when she's traveling.

"I have been doing barre classes which I love. You'll see 20-year-old girls and 70-year-old women doing it, so it feels like something I'll stick with until I'm old. It's very feminine and you work all kinds of areas - it's really good, so that's my favourite right now," she said.

She also shared some beauty tips. The best beauty advice she has been given is proper sleep and rest. Her skincare regimen consists of putting on serums and moisturizers with SPF. She prefers not to put on makeup when she's off work.

"First of all, I wash my face, then I like applying serums - like maybe a vitamin C serum - on, then a moisturiser with SPF for during the day," she said. "I try to avoid makeup if I don't have to work because I have to wear so much on jobs. I like bare skin, protected with SPF of course."

As for her beauty essential, a BB cream is a must-have. She has to have one in her bag at all times.

Ambrosio's trainer, Justin Gelband, who is also the official Victoria's Secret trainer shared tips on how to "Train Like an Angel." In a video shared on Shape.com, the model prepares for her runway performance by doing cardio. Gelband demo-ed how to start with indoor cycling by making sure the equipment is properly adjusted for you. He adds that warming up is necessary and keeping the resistance taught will really help. He also showed how to maintain proper posture while in the cycle.
