Jourdan Dunn is one of the most elite fashion models in the industry. Along with Gigi Hadid and Stella Maxwell, Jourdann indeed stuns the fashion runway. Fortunately, women could achieve her figure thanks to her personal trainer slash boxer brother, Antoine Dunn. Men could also achieve Antoine Dunn’s body through his workout and diet tips.

According to Gym Box, Antoine Dunn’s biography as a personal trainer revolves around his gym motto, “Control the weight, don't let the weight control you.” Aside from being Jourdann’s personal trainer, Antoine could be a personal trainer for anyone as well. He is said to have 5 years of experience in fitness with a level 3 standing in being a personal trainer. He also identified his specialties with strength and conditioning, circuit training, weight loss and boxing.

With that said, a Healthista insider revealed on Mail Online, some of Antoine’s top workout routine and diet tips in an interview while they are in KOBOX. KOBOX is a boutique boxing gym that caters A-list clients along with Jourdann Dunn with personal trainers like Antoine Dunn.

Regarding workout routines, Jourdann Dunn’s brother answered which exercise he prefers for an all-around fitness is anything that involves each own body weight. “You need to be able to move your own weight first before thinking about adding additional resistance” he responded. Antoine then revealed that his favorite fat-busting exercise is Burpees while his favorite strength exercise is push-ups.

Speaking about diet, Jourdann’s personal trainer then mentioned that his diet is in moderation. Yet, he doesn’t want to refer to it as a diet but as healthy eating instead. He then advises that people should keep their food diet choices realistic so that they could enjoy food while achieving the body they want.

Moreover, Antoine Dunn then said that his foods to avoid are pork and fast foods. He then revealed that his cheat meal would be a whole apple crumble. He then added that along with his moderate healthy eating he still satisfies his food cravings with tea and biscuits.

Antoine then concluded that the one tip he advises for people to be motivated is that “Remember why you started. It's easy to quit, but it's hard to maintain.” He then noted that anything that’s worth it doesn’t come easy.
