Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Blueberries are amazing antioxidants and also aid in weight loss, so don't count on the calories, just enjoy the drink. Blend quarter cup of frozen blueberries and half banana together with 8 ounces of water and add half tablespoon of apple concentrate or honey for taste.
