Giuliana Rancic has flaunted her healthy bikini body in a floral bathing suit, after gaining some weight.

According to the Examiner, Rancic recently posted a picture on Instagram, showing off her healthy bikini body and "perky" booty.

The picture was apparently taken in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where the 40-year-old E! News co-host was vacationing with her husband, Bill Rancic, and their son, Duke.

Though the picture only shows the back of the reality star, it is obvious that Rancic gained some weight and has been working on being healthy.

Rancic captioned the photo: "On top of the world."

The "Fashion Police" panelist has been criticized for her skinny body, with many accusing her of being anorexic and bulimic.

Although the cancer survivor looked malnourished in the past, Giuliana has denied being anorexic or bulimic.

In response to the eating disorder accusations, Rancic previously said, "I do not have an eating disorder. I have never had an eating disorder. In fact, I eat a lot."

Rancic initially credited her fast metabolism for her extreme weight loss, reports the Examiner.

However, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, Rancic said her dramatic weight loss was a result of the cancer drug, Tamoxifen.

Meanwhile, critics have argued that Tamoxifen is known to increase weight amongst cancer patients.

Despite previously denying that she may have been anorexic or bulimic, Giuliana has admitted to having an eating disorder in her book "Going Off Script."

In the book, Rancic goes into detail about having a binge-eating disorder, after a horrible breakup with actor Jerry O'Connel in 2004, reports Celebrity Health Fitness.

In addition, she admits to suffering from depression at the time and that her only consolation was binge-eating.

"I sank into depression," writes Giuliana in her memoir. "The only thing that made me feel better was dessert. I've always had a sweet tooth, but sugar became my drug, and I went on a binge every single night."

In the book, the reality star states she usually binged on high-calorie desserts every night for almost a year.

In particular, she recounts how horrified and guilt-ridden she was after realizing she ate Oreo cheesecakes, pies and a hot fudge sundae in one night.

She gained a total of 18 pounds amid her binge-eating disorder and grew even more depressed after the weight gain.

"In the morning, I would look at myself in the mirror and start crying," Giuliana says.

Giuliana Rancic's book, "Going Off Script: How I Survived a Crazy Childhood, Cancer and Clooney's 32 On-Screen Rejections" is now available on Amazon. The book is available in Kindle format, hardcover and even used versions.
