Carried Underwood is looking slim and fabulous just after fourth months of giving birth to her son, Isaiah Michael, with NFL player husband, Mike Fisher, last February.

The singer flaunted her fit body in a photo shoot for her fitness clothing line, CALIA by Carrie Underwood, according to TooFab.

In the behind-the-scenes interview, Underwood told E! about her outlook on fitness and applying it to her sports clothing line.

"Fitness to me-I've been vocal about it over the years-is a lifestyle. I just love how I feel when I feel good about myself. There's definitely a lot of me in the Calia line," Underwood said.

Underwood also shared that ever since giving birth to her son, finding time to work out can be a little challenging.

"It's been interesting getting back into my fitness routine ever since I had Isaiah. It's the most wonderful thing in the entire world but of course there's so much that comes along with having a baby-your schedule completely changes," she shared. "I have to kind of be ready to workout whenever I possibly can."

Erin Oprea, Underwood's trainer, called her client a "super motivated person with big goals."

Oprea also dished on why there is a lot of variety in the singer's workouts.

"Sometimes we'll go for a run with lots of hills, stop at a park to do some pull ups, push ups, step ups and other fun body weight stuff," Oprea told PEOPLEShe tries to "keep it fun" for Underwood so that "No two workouts seem to end up the same."

Between having a new baby and getting back to work, Underwood tries to workout with Oprea for an hour at least three times a week, depending on her schedule.

"Having a baby definitely changes your routine, and I have to work around his schedule," Underwood told the magazine. "Whenever he goes to sleep, I do the things I need to do for myself and make workouts happen when they can."

Oprea shared that going back to the gym after giving birth can be made less daunting if soon-to-be moms stay active throughout the term. Cutting back on unhealthy food and focusing on eating right also helps in staying healthy.

"To be able to continue your regimen right after your pregnancy, you had to try your hardest to keep up with your workouts during your pregnancy," she shared. "Maintaining your fitness levels during will allow you to kick start your post much more quickly."

CALIA by Carrie Underwood collection is sold at Dick's Sporting Goods and on the clothing line's own website.
