Another fabulous female has celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to thank for her new rockin' bod. We're talking about singer and model Ciara, who gave birth to a healthy baby boy Future Zahir Wilburn. Future Zahir is Ciara's baby with rapper Future, with whom she was engaged to in 2013, but split in 2014.

The 28-year old singer recently showed off her gorgeous figure on her Instagram account, writing, "After Delivering My Son I Feel Like There's Nothing I Can't Do. I Feel Like I Can Conquer The World. #ANewMe #NewMusic. So Proud To Rock #mycalvins 60lbs later!!"

ABC News reports that the first time mom was eager to shed the baby weight, telling W Magazine earlier this year, "As soon as the body says hit the gym, I’m going to hit the gym. I've been having a lot of food fun. I don’t want to sound too cocky, but I consider myself superwoman."

Ciara's efforts have indeed paid off, as she graces the cover of Shape Magazine, where she shares her journey to achieve a 60 lb total weight loss, People reports. Of course, Ciara did it with the help of Gunnar Peterson, who also trained Khloe Kardashian.

Ciara said: "Five days a week, Gunnar puts me through an hour-long plyometric cardio circuit that always includes boxing elements. What’s amazing is that you’re getting three-in-one training; it’s hitting your muscles, it’s a cardiovascular workout, and it’s a mental exercise. You have to be super focused when you’re boxing. After I’ve done a few rounds, I feel as if I can conquer the world."

Of course, her exercise regimen is paired with a proper diet. She told Shape: "First, I give myself a break. When I'm on a strict eating regimen, at some point I have to have French fries, a cheeseburger, and some pizza. And Oreos and vanilla ice cream! I also believe that drinking tons of water and flushing out your system is crucial for training. It really helped me drop the weight. I tell myself that water is my medicine and that to stay well, I have to drink a gallon of it every day."

Additionally, Ciara's food mantra includes this belief: "'The food isn't going anywhere.' You know those days when you think you have to have a plate of pasta right now? When I'm trying to be good, I take a minute to ask myself, Do you really need to eat all this crazy stuff? It will still be around if you want it later.'"
