This is a very complicated question to answer as this will have mixed view points of different people. This is a very debatable question, and some would be saying for it whereas some would be strictly against it. The exact answer to the question is almost impossible to get as the answers give mixed reaction among all. Some are from the viewpoint that a thirty days time is just more than enough to give results. But it won't give full and complete results for sure.

According to Herald Sun, the thirty days of workout is bound to bring about a change and would be probably expected to bring about an increase in the energy levels of the body. It is said that this fitness challenge is achievable within a span of thirty days, but the real result will take more than 30 days.

The group of people, who are against this have stated that the fitness program ends abruptly which can be harmful to the body. The body prepares itself for these 30 days, but when it stopped, suddenly it is hard for the body to handle this and the gains of these thirty days will be lost in almost no time.

Well and Good revealed, that the 30 days program is an excellent start but unless this is continued the results will be no longer visible and the effort that was put in for the previous thirty days will go in vain. Some even say that the 30 days fitness challenge is fake and has not lived up to the expectations that were set before starting. The results that were promised at the beginning is not complete after the 30 days of workout.

Hence this 30 days fitness challenge has put forward mixed reaction where some are for, and some are against it.
